The Gospel of John has been described as a stream deep enough for a elephant to swim in and shallow enough for a child to wade in. John is an unconventional book, especially in comparison to the other three gospels, and it’s easy to get lost in trying to make sense of some things that really don’t matter rather than focus on the point that John is clearly trying to get across. In this series, we’ll explore some of the things that make John unique, while also showing that this gospel deserves its place right along the others in telling the truth about Jesus.
