Easter Egg Hunt updates
Our Easter Egg Hunt planning meeting went well on Sunday. I’ll share some documents here so you can get caught up if you would like to.
Here are the minutes of the meeting. You can see where the planning committee sees the event going and understand how you might be able to fit into the plan. We’d like somewhere around 40-50 volunteers if possible (including community members). Some of the tasks are short (1 hour of setup or a separate crew to help tear down after the event) and some are longer. Please consider helping as you see fit. (There’s a form to fill out below).
We’re going to be making TASC charts for this event where we define:
T- Who owns the task?
A- Do these people have the authority to do this task and be held accountable?
S- What does success look like?
C- Make a checklist of what needs to happen to complete the task.
If you would like to see a run down of the tasks we still need to do in planning for the event, you can see them here. Task descriptions are in the “Checklist (C) Column.”
If you would like to be involved in any of these tasks, please fill out this form so that the planning committee can spread the work out as they see fit. There will be a separate signup for the actual running of the event (running games, cooking, registration, etc.) Thank you to Angie for taking the point position in this event, we appreciate your organizational skills.
One more time, all in one place:
